A rare opportunity has become available to join one of the leading mutli-disciplinary consultancies. With a strong profile in Land and Urban Development you will be joining the largest business group in the consultancy. Their urban development project portfolio spans master planned communities, large-scale residential and industrial subdivisions and retirement villages. Their civil engineers are experienced in delivering comprehensive design and documentation for all forms of civil infrastructure.
Their urban specialists are heavily involved in all elements of the development process from conceptual design and feasibility studies to detailed design, contract documentation and construction supervision.
The group in NSW is made up of team leaders, engineers, drafters and designers. The opportunity is to come into this team and take on the challenge of managing projects of varying scales.
The role presents many challenges and rewards and is an exciting opportunity for a confident and people-centric principal consultant. It is expected that you will already have many strong connections in the Urban Development industry and have had experience of managing medium sized teams. As one of the principal reviewer of designs it is essential that you can combine effective team management with an underlying ability to deliver on a technical level for clients within Urban Development.
Naturally you will be an excellent communicator and you will embrace change and progress within organisations. Candidates must be qualified Engineers to apply for this position and should have had significant consulting engineering experience in NSW.
